About Amanda Jane Okeefe

Amanda Jane Okeefe I am a professional artist working in Medford, New Jersey. My artwork can be seen at my studio, The Artistic Enclave, where if you would like you can visit me and watch as I work on new creations there, or learn some new tricks of the trade! My works have been sold over the years in different custom automotive airbrushing industries,private clients, local corporations, and in the WWE wrestling world. I love bringing other peoples ideas to life! I truly enjoy what I was born to do and the creativity I can give to inspire others. My studio is where I conducts workshops and presents pieces for purchase. Also all of my creative inspirations come from my work space, the loving support around me from friends and family, and the wild woods and wild life I’ve grown up around and love so much. Many of my works are inspired from my dreams, some may call them nightmares but my love for the dark side of life really gets me on a creative high. A bit about me:
Born in 1983 and I come from a long family line of artist. My mother and her father were both well-established artist and taught me most of my trade in arts and restorations. I graduated from Rowan Collage where I accepted the Dean’s award for my artwork, I achieve a degree in art history and decided I wanted to be an Illustrator. I moved to Philadelphia for school and earned a Bachelors degree in Illustration / Art History at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Eventually I decided to move back to New Jersey and start my life as a professional artist!

Currently I am visits retirement community to create original artwork with the residents and help them find a sense of Independence, in return also helping those suffering from aging diseases with my art therapy. It is an extremely rewarding experience, which I believe stimulates one’s mind and increases self-esteem and longevity. Not only am I a published Illustrator, I also work in a multitude of medias, including ceramics, pottery, painting /ceramic restorations and mixed media art. I also work in jewelry designs and graphic designs for local businesses and customer.
